Young girl with two eggs over her eyes for Easter Perth celebrations

Perth Lifestyle News | Family Fun This Easter Long Weekend

Australian Visas, Uncategorized | 18 April, 2019 |

Perth is a great place to celebrate Easter with family and friends. There are always plenty of events and activities on offer each year. If you’re currently in Perth on a vacation (or staycation for permanent residents), here’s our rundown of things to do and places to see over the Easter long weekend from Friday 19 April to Monday 22 April 2019.

Cathedral Square golden egg hunt

Kids who are ages 12 years and younger are invited to take part in Perth’s Golden Egg Hunt, starting at the City of Perth Library. Under parent supervision, kids can join the hunt for the golden eggs, answer a few quiz questions and collect cool prizes.

Easter by the beach

The Rendezvous Hotel will be serving up an Easter-themed buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner every day over the long weekend. It’s also a chance to take in the scenery of one of Perth’s most beautiful beaches – Scarborough Beach, which is always bustling with family fun and activities.

Easter at Novotel Vines Resort Swan Valley

If you’re heading down to the Swan Valley, why not enjoy a game of mini golf with some great prizes to be won at the Novotel Vines Resort? We hear the Easter bunny will also make a special appearance for lunch at the Vines Café.

For more information about Easter events and activities in Perth – check out the Destination Perth website or to understand your eligibility for a permanent residence visa to stay in Perth, contact our Registered Migration Agents.
